Add rounds: Increase the number of preliminary rounds to 6, likely moving to a Saturday/Sunday schedule with 5 rounds per day
YODL East/West: Split YODL into two conferences to make tournaments smaller and easier to schedule
YODL Series: Concieve of two events per semester as one tournament with 7 prelims in the first and 3 prelims & 4 elims in the second
